*Athletic Physicals are FREE to all TJUHSD students and incoming 9th graders.

Students must attend the physical at their school. All athletes must pick-up an Athletic Clearance Packet in their nurse’s office and complete the Family ID registration online before the physical. Parents are encouraged to attend.
